The exhibition was visited by 2057 specialists - practicing dentists, chief doctors, managers and owners of clinics, representatives of dental laboratories to get acquainted with the achievements of modern dentistry. The geography of visitors is expanding every year, in 2021 47 regions of Russia were represented: the Republic of Bashkortostan, Dagestan, Crimea, Mari El, Tatarstan, Arkhangelsk, Belgorod, Vologda, Voronezh, Magadan, Omsk, Penza, Rostov, Smolensk, Tula, Yaroslavl regions , Altai, Krasnoyarsk, Perm, Primorsky, Khabarovsk Territories, as well as Moscow and the Moscow Region. The educational program of the exhibition in 2021 was unique and lasted all 3 days non-stop. For the first time, Dental-Expo St. Petersburg hosted a large-scale Congress of the Association of Dental Hygienists of Russia in terms of its significance, the composition of lecturers and the number of listeners. 2021 is the anniversary year of the specialty in Russia. 160 participants arrived from different cities of Russia, 50 participants joined the practical online educational program. Lecturers from Russia, Italy, the United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan presented reports that objectively help to assess the impact of modern technologies on the development of the specialty "Dental Hygienist" and dental health. The international conference "Dentistry of the Northern Capital" was held on October 26-27 at the Expoforum CEC. During the Plenary session on October 26, the following speakers spoke: Edoardo Cavalle, Member of the Board of the World Dental Federation FDI, Chairman of the working group Dental team of the European Regional Organization of the World Dental Federation ERO FDI; Kulev Andrey Gennadievich, Head of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region (Roszdravnadzor); Yaremenko Andrey Ilyich, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head. Department of Dentistry, Surgical and Maxillofacial Surgery, St. Petersburg State Medical University named after A.I. acad. I.P. Pavlova, President of the StAR and other lecturers. The course "Documentary support of the work of the dental clinic" was held on October 27 and gathered an audience of practicing dentists, as well as heads of medical organizations at various levels. The Symposium "Introduction of modern technologies to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and efficiency of treatment of dental patients" was attended by experts in various areas of dentistry: from marketing to 3D technologies in orthopedic dentistry and surgery, from teeth whitening to high-tech methods of radiation diagnostics. An interesting composition of speakers and topics was presented at the site of the Dentist Club educational club. Leading practitioners from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Arkhangelsk shared their personal experience and practical life hacks in the field of modern dentistry. Dzhioeva Victoria Vitalievna, a dentist, head of the VGonline marketing company, has traditionally become the club's moderator.
